School Farms project is an initiative of Reach Out to Future Leaders Movement (ROFLM), a youth-led community development-based organization that creates opportunities for young people’s engagement for local development and local governance.

School Farms is a rural community-based school feeding support program that empowers local community schools to grow their own food whilst creating a space to help students gain practical skills and explore opportunities in Agriculture. Its project core elements are school farms, school meals and agriculture skills development.

We collaborate with local schools, community traditional leadership, Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Local government assemblies and the private sector to achieve our goals. The role of securing food and skills development in schools is a shared one.
